This is an oracle-wide discussion for all card printings and versions.
That's a big butt for a 2-mana flyer. Unprecedentedly big, in fact; the only 2-drop flying creatures with 4 or more toughness before it were all either defenders (Angelic Wall, Orator of Ojutai, Wall of Shards) or vehicles (Heart of Kiran).
I'm just surprised wishes are still a thing below mythic.
Agreed. I'm willing to bet this and Brazen Borrower had their rarities switched at some point.
