Well, Kaya's in the story as well. Both Kaya and Chandra are in the story, but weren't given cards. Probably to avoid "planeswalker bloat". As for the card itself, it's not horrible. An evasive deathtoucher is at least something.

The flying is more intended to block creatures with flying, methinks.
