Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, scry X where X is the number of noncreature spells you have cast this turn. If X is 3 or more, scry X and draw a card instead.

The sorcery of Tzeentch is able to tear apart even the strongest warriors with but a thought, and the winds of magic leave an everlasting change on the world around the caster.
