Dang that's a heck of a choice of a reprint
This card is known for ending commander games with all of those extra turns

I don't think I have ever seen this guy played in a single commander game. His abilities are just so sub-par for commander.

That's a really weird reprint. The original Ral is a pretty weak card as planeswalkers go...
