Thunderspell deals 3 damage to any target. Then that player or that permanent's controller draws a card.

That is amazing, a card that is at the same time both worse and better than Lightning Bolt. Cast it on an opponent or one of their creatures or planeswalkers, and they get a card, but in a pinch, you can use it on one of your own creatures to cycle it. I love it.

This seems like something burn would love, maybe a little too much...
