If a land like Celestial Colonnade , when animated as a creature, is equipped with Sword of Light and Shadow what will happen at end of turn? Will the sword become unequipped, since the land ceases to be a creature?

That's exactly what will happen. Equipment can't be attached to lands, so the Sword falls off as a state-based action (CR301.5c).
