WotC recently announced Starter Commander Decks, filled with "powerful and practical cards". I am guessing this means a deck at a lower MSRP (not that WotC publishes those anymore) and only Evergreen/Deciduous mechanics.

Since I find it fun, here's my prediction for what the Azorius deck looks like!
