Minthara, Merciless Soul seems to be missing from the database. It might be worth taking a second sweep of the supplimental cards as a whole as I don't know if I stumbled upon a single missing card or not. Usually when I stumble on something like this its something we didn't run an import on or it ran wrong.

Ok, she's fixed.
You probably have the redirect cached, so it'll still show not found for you for a bit, but she's working.
Something wasn't right with the name, like the oracle it was attached to?
A full refresh got it though.
