Today's Challenge: Two digital only mechanics

.::To Enter::.
In a single post:
  • Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)
  • Make a card that fits the current challenge.
  • Include an "If I Win" (IIW) for tomorrow's challenge if you win.
Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

Whenever Pardic Horde attacks or blocks, sacrifice it unless you discard a card at random.
Threshold - Pardic Horde's triggered abilities don't trigger as long as seven or more cards are in your graveyard.

Time is Up - Conjure a The Tarrasque card into your hand. Until end of turn, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.

Kannushi's Meditation 3G

Starting intensity 1
You may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast Spirit and Arcane spells.
When Kannushi's Meditation enters the battlefield, conjure a random Spirit or Arcane card into your hand.
Whenever you cast a Spirit or Arcane spell, conjure a random Spirit or Arcane card with mana value equal to Kannushi's Meditation's intensity into your hand, then perpetually increase its intensity by 1.
