For the entirety of the time I spent on Gatherer digging out all the black and colorless cards with Venture and that required D&D's unique dice, this was an Acererak deck. It wasn't till I was reminded of the difficulties inherent in building a monocolor deck off a mechanic that only appeared in one set that I switched to Varragoth and added the subthemes of clue, food and treasure tokens as well as a whole win condition centered around opponents tutoring. A recent update also saw the inclusion of the entire Coffers suite for some big mana.
