Help with my Ghoulcaller Gisa deck

I tried for the first time to build an EDH deck and I chose Gisa as my commander.
The idea is to have many lords and ways to untap Gisa, using her ability over and over, sacrifying one of her tokens each time.
The card choice isn't definitive and I have a medium budget (I'm ok with buying a few 10€ cards), but I don't really know if the deck is balanced and the curve is right.
Also, I'm afraid that some of the choices are completely bad.
Can someone help me out?
