That does not make sense as D&D Demogorgon has always had two heads, it's literally part of his identity that each of them has a mind of its own and the only reason he hasn't torn down the entire multiverse and dragged it into the abyss kicking and screaming is because each head is utterly convinced that the other head is plotting to kill them.
