Approximate translation:

Ochre Jelly XG
Creature -- Ooze (rare)
Trample
Ochre Jelly enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
Split -- When Ochre Jelly dies, if it had two or more +1/+1 counters on it, create a token that is a copy of it at the beginning of the next end step. The token enters the battlefield with half that many +1/+1 counters on it, rounded down.

Do you want to see Ochre Jelly with Hardened Scales ? Add a sac outlet for infinite 1/1.

Turn 1 scales, turn 2 sac outlet, turn 3 jelly for 1, with 1 mana counter backup...

Edit: missed the "at beginning of end-step" bit. I'll leave my post for posterity, but obv I was wrong...

Although it is not infinite, it is a doubling every turn. In multiplayer, that gets silly, really, really quickly. Only way to get rid of it at that point is by either first removing the enchantment, use -1/-1 counters to negate the +1/+1's, or by exile.
