Reminds me of Coercive Portal in 1v1 where you always get to draw a card except with Cosmos Elixir you can use it more easily in multiplayer if you need that card without worrying about voting each time. Gain 2 life a turn can add up in 1v1 and if you're full health drawing cards then all is well.
