Welcome to the Card Creation League! Everyone is free to participate in either or both of the first two rounds. Come join us!

-6: Return any number of permanents with dream counters on them to their owners' hands. Manifest that many cards from the top of your library.

A couple templating issues (ambiguous "it" in the static ability, weird choice to have a reflexive trigger in the plus ability). The ultimate just doesn't seem very fun to me, but it's not unbalanced.
netn10

I think this is considerably too strong at 3 mana. Its floor is not bad at all -- your opponent has a flier and you "just" get three 1/1's with utility abilities, and if it survives for even one more turn you suddenly have six tokens and you're tapping a single mountain to play Dragonlord Atarka. The idea is fun, and I think there's a good execution where this has three abilities to produce different tokens, but the fact that there's no choices involved means that this is really just an enchantment you can attack.
MonoRedMage

Name doesn't even come close to fitting on the card. Static ability has too much going on. Loyalty abilities are fun though.
Henlock
Show

Huh. The plus does have some nice targets in eternal formats (Soul Warden, Mother of Runes, Mikaeus, the Lunarch, etc.), but it would be very restrictive in limited or standard (or even pioneer, to be honest). The ultimate is definitely not fun, especially since it can be reached in two turns and Oziah pluses to protect himself.
OneAndOnly

It's a fun version of a "druid planeswalker," but it doesn't say "druid" on the card so it doesn't meet the challenge.
Lorn Asbord Schutta

Very flavorful. It does have a *lot* of text, and moreover would force your opponents to care about all that text because you're putting it on their creatures. I also don't like the lack of "trackability" on the first ability. But overall a fun card.
kwanyeegor-ii

Innistrad is not really known for having white wizards, so the flavor is a bit weird. Also white does not typically get "freezing" so it's a bit of a color pie violation. Ultimate is very weak to a wrath, but there's nothing inherently wrong with that.

Interesting. The triggered ability can certainly allow for crazy growth, but the only issue I see is that it should only put the counters on nonland permanents. The 0 is fine. The -6 would be fine with the aforementioned change to the triggered ability.
Pygyzy
Show
Hide
There's a wording issue (soulbond pairs creatures, so the second static ability should refer to paired creatures). Other than that, I feel like this gets to ultimate very fast, though it's not inherently backbreaking, just very strong. I feel like this should be able to make Plant tokens (or Druid tokens, but Plant makes more sense to me here), so that the deckbuilding is a little freer.
MonoRedMage
Show

The triggered ability is interesting. It compares somewhat favorably to Fervor, especially since your planeswalker can make a token to get past the first creature bit. The +1 seems pretty potent, despite looking innocuous. Generates mana and spams blockers, and of course the synergy with the triggered ability. The -3 is probably the part of the package that's going to attract the most attention. There's some pretty solid Shamans to make a dedicated deck, so that -3 can easily hit pretty hard, especially if one decides to play so that the Kobold tokens get the counters. Emblems the usual crazy, but not game ending stuff. Perhaps even underwhelming. A shame there's no clean wording to allow casting spells exiled by impulsive draw effects. As an aside, that name is far too long to fit cleanly.
Henlock
Show
Hide
That's an unusually color heavy cost. The +2 is quite intriguing. The list of potential 1 CMC Clerics is quite favorable (Soul Warden comes to mind. Also a fun way to accumulate Shadowborn Apostles). It doesn't take much for the -2 to be very potent. The -7 feels too much like an instawin (ultimates usually at least pretend the opponent has a chance). The heavy color commitment makes the apparent heightened power of the overall card mostly fine, just the ultimate feels a bit much.
OneAndOnly

I'm afraid this is disqualified for lacking any of the required creature types in its ruled text.
Lorn Asbord Schutta

The activated ability granted by the first +1, while functional, is very messy. It's also potentially very strong despite the fact in can backfire when you no longer can afford the life payments. The trinket text for extra counters feels like unnecessary fluff, and makes the text for the first ability very tiny. The second +1 seems fine for what it is. The -6 is a cute payoff for both +1s. Overall, this feels rather janky.
kwanyeegor-ii
Show
Hide
The +1 is fine. The -X is a bit of a break for white; it doesn't generally get "can't untap during is controller's next untap step. The -6 feels odd for an ultimate. Getting even 3 of those tokens can certainly close out a game quick if the planeswalker is still around though, which is fine.
