Still waiting for @mellifluoresce; I've been in contact already. As I said earlier, I'm prioritizing fun and participation over deadlines, but I am hoping to get entries very soon!

Stapler has the Top Entry for round 2!
Making three planeswalkers is always difficult. Stapler did three cool things with his: A unique alternative to loyalty costs, a mirror darkly to a classic character's abilities, and a clean sneak attack-style package that riffs on Sarkhan the Mad. Overall solid cards and elevated because of the card type restriction.

Haruspication really grabbed me this round. It's simple, powerful, and very flavorful. If you couldn't tell from my picks last round, I greatly value cards like this in custom card contests where the temptation can be to overcomplicate designs.
By virtue of winning Top Card, I am using my Factory Head tiebreaking powers to award dyd the win in that matchup. Unlike last round, it wasn't completely meaningless.
