Kestia, the Cultivator

Very simply, can you have two copies of Kestia in play, if one's an aura and one's a creature? None of the rulings on the card mention her legendary status.

Maybe it's a silly question, considering it's a card designed for a highlander format, but you can run four copies of this in other types of casual play!

No. Both are under your control, both are legendary, and both are named "Kestia, the Cultivator".
704.5j If a player controls two or more legendary permanents with the same name, that player chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the "legend rule."
Nothing about bestow interferes with this rule.
