Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive - Mono-Blue Aggro/Draw?

This is probably one of my favorite decks at the moment, because I love how thematic it is, and how restrictive it's design is. This is a deck I am constantly tinkering with, and would love any input. If this is something you guys like, I'd be happy to go more in-depth into card-by-card choices, and examining potential additions in future sets.
