[ZNR] Base Camp

That's actually not a terribly bad card, as tribal lands go, it's pretty decent actually. Going to see play in some commander tribal decks without a doubt.

I think there are enough Rogues in standard to create a strong Rogue deck. And considering it will most likely be Grixis, which is lacking a tri-land, I could easily see this filling the slot.

If it entered untapped, it could be OK. Coming in tapped, it's junk.

For something so narrow I have no idea why it needed this downside :P
