"Simon" from Simon, Wild Magic Sorcerer is supposed to be the left word today, however it shows up as red and so cannot be entered. See pic for proof.

Must be using a different dictionary for finding words vs verifying words to input?

Whoa, that's weird - entering "simon" on my PC worked fine. But on my phone (ios) it did not. Wonder why there's a discrepancy between the two?

Have you by chance left the tab open and not refreshed? Try refreshing. When I updated the list (killing out the test cards that snuck in), it added everything new, so I had to update the word list (all five letter real words + every magic answer).
Simon wasn't a possible answer before but is now, and is in the new list. Somehow you have the old list.
I changed the path to destroy all caches, but I'll try again.

I went to fix your streak but I see the device swap worked.

You didn't finish the fifth game you started (#480), and you you lost #539 and #544.
Since then you've played 230 games (out of 257) and haven't lost one.
That's impressive.

Thank you, thank you I'm pathetically proud of my average solve score. I suspect maybe being unable to play it more than once a day gives it more staying power with me, I always look forward to working on it after dinner.

Yeah, I guess I just needed to refresh the page. Checked with today's puzzle - Simon isn't red on my phone anymore. D'oh. Damn, I would have solved it in 5 if I'd realized that would have fixed it - at least now I know what to do if it happens again.
