Today's Challenge: Companions

In a single post:
  • Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)
  • Make a card that fits the current challenge.
  • Include an "If I Win" (IIW) for tomorrow's challenge if you win.
Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

Enchantment (Un-M)
Players can only cast spells that share a mana value or color with the most recently played card.
Whenever a player only has one card in hand, that player must say "Uno." If they don't and an opponent of that player calls them out, that player draws two cards.
Whenever a player plays the last card in their hand, they win the game. (If a player already has no cards in hand when UNO enters the battlefield, that player does not win.)

Comment: Today's challenge was surprisingly really hard to do. I made a card for Hungry Hungry Hippos, Monopoly, and Furby just to find out all three are owned by Hasboro.

Companion - Your starting deck contains only basic lands and contains no creatures.
Islandwalk, prowess
Constellation - Whenever an enchantment enters the battlefield under your control, target land becomes an Island.
Magecraft - Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, create a 1/1 blue Merfolk creature token with islandwalk.
As long as you control four or more enchantments, Merfolk you control have shroud.

Companion - Your starting deck contains seven or more cards with power, toughness, or mana value 13 and/or "thirteen" or "13" in their rules text.
Each permanent you control with the highest mana value has "Ward - Pay 7 life."
At the beginning of each end step, if a player discarded a card, milled a card, sacrificed a permanent, or had a spell they controlled countered this turn, create a 2/2 white Horse creature token. If they did two or more of these, draw a card. If they did all four, you gain 13 life.
