The card now uses Phasing instead of being extremely wordy by Phasing out the permanent and all things attached to it, including equipment, for as long as Oubliette remains in play.

Oh! and they created a new zone: the does-not-exist zone.

No, no, that one has existed since Phasing got errataed way back when it still triggered come in to play abilities and they had to errata it or break the game. So, since Weatherlight at least.
