Initiate the Monarchy - A memey Queen Marchesa deck

Hello. Aren't you tired of not having the initiative? Don't you want to draw an extra card each turn on your end step? Do I have the deck for you!
The whole deck is designed around getting the monarchy/initiative, and holding onto them, not through combat, though it does try to prevent attacking, but through repeated regrabbings of the mechanics. I could probably take something out and put in some protection pieces, like Orzhov Advokist, but this is just the first draft, jamming every monarch/initiative card in here, and hoping it's enough.
