Today's Challenge: Eminence commander for Hellions

In a single post:

• Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)

• Make a card that fits the current challenge.

Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

Obosh and Thromok can't be blocked except by three or more creatures.
BR, Pay 3 life: Destroy each creature your opponents control that was dealt damage by a source with odd mana value this turn.
Whenever a creature dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Obosh and Thromok for each creature that died this turn.

Legendary Creature — Human Horror.
Eminence - Hellions have haste and cost X less to cast where X is the amount of damage dealt to you this turn as long as Perniciosa, Mother of Discord is in the command zone or on the battlefield.
At the beginning of your precombat mainphase you may have Perniciosa deal damage to you equal to her power. The next creature you cast is a Hellion in addition to its other types and enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter. (This does not end at the end of turn.)
