Well, it's not one of those commanders, but the design space is so narrow here that I'm bending the rules a bit.
Gimbal and Bright-Palm
Legendary Creature - Gremlin Fox Artificer Shaman (M)
Artifact creatures you control have riot, backup 1 and modular 1.
Each creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it has trample.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a 0/0 red Gremlin artifact creature token.

so glad everyone liked my challenge, all of these are so good! I've been fiddling with the Bright-Palm and Gimbal precons recently, so I thought this would be a cool challenge. Each of their archetypes are so distinct, yet so versatile.
IIW: card from a universes beyond that'll never happen. (keep the 13+ label on the packs, though, people. Work-appropriate franchises only.)

Gimbal Sputterspark

Gimbal Sputterspark gets +1/+1 for each tapped artifact you control.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if Gimbal's power is greater than the number of Gremlins you control, create a 1/1 red Gremlin artifact creature token with haste.
