Autocomplete Card Names for Card Tags

We now have autocomplete on for using [card] tags.
Works with [[, [c], and [card].
Just start with any of the above, and you'll see the autocomplete options:
You can touch/click the one you want, OR use Up/Down arrows to select and tab to insert the choice.
