Another card that failed to be previewed properly

What does that mean when it fails to preview properly? The person accidentally leaks it or something?
The card looks cool. I could see it being good as its own deck or in the 99. The 5 or greater cost is similar to
Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas.

Hmmm weird ability for blue (green would protect high cmc stuff more)
Since the next set is Godzilla/kaijus this might be preparation for that

If your first one gets targeted with removal, you can cast the second one in response for 4 uncounterable and fizzle the removal. Interesting line, likely not overly relevant.

How convenient that a lot of the extra turn spells just so happen to be 5+ mana.

Could this finally be a proper commander for Sea Monsters?

Possible, personally I would rather stick with
Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle but I would run
Thryx, the Sudden Storm and
Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath in the ninety-nine.

I know reception to
Thryx, the Sudden Storm in some parts hasn't been great because it's not a Kraken but the elemental tribal player in me wants this bad. discount on mana doublers and making them uncounterable is icing on a very sweet cake.
