Epicurean is a variant of Commander with one major difference, all Universes Beyond cards are banned. Aside from this change, all other rules and banned cards remain the same as in EDH.
Simply put, this is a format for anyone who enjoys the flavor of magic and wants to play games without cards from other IP's.
Universe Within cards are allowed.
