Huh. It's... usable. Difficult to abuse. It seems a little overefficient in terms of stats. Give all your creatures lifelink and start beating the tar out of your creatures to gain life? Bident of Thassa could be interesting (surprisingly, Coastal Piracy doesn't work.) In color, Azra Oddsmaker and Dragon Mage come to mind. Definitely something that wants to be broken somehow.
