Ruby, Daring Tracker

Would Ruby, Daring Tracker get +2/+2 from its ability if it's enchanted by Tahngarth's Rage? Many thanks!
508.1m. Any abilities that trigger on attackers being declared trigger.
However, it becomes an attacker at this point:
508.1k. Each chosen creature still controlled by the active player becomes an attacking creature. It remains an attacking creature until it's removed from combat or the combat phase ends, whichever comes first. See rule 506.4.
Which is right before the game checks to see if anything should trigger. So, you attack with Ruby, and Tahngarth's Rage starts to apply in 508.1k. Then, right after that in 508.1m, the game checks to see if anything should trigger on Ruby being declared as an attacker. And Ruby herself will since you now control a creature with power 4 or greater. So she buffs herself a little more.
