Huh. Obviously the card is incredibly strong for tempo, but mythic? I suspect this is a mythic-for-Limited sort of thing because it feels traditional rare.

I would go with "rare", myself. "Mythic" would be "return target nonland permanent an opponent controls to *your* hand"--now that would be "petty theft".

I'd love that in an Un-set but, of course, that'd be unprintable in black border.

Definitely in the running for Least Mythic feeling Mythic Rare. Rather disappointing. The giant had some neat flavor at least.

EOT bounce your 2nd turn play, keep counter mana up, play 3 evasive power at EOT if you respected my open mana. For a single card. That's better than most rares.

Flash in something that is safe in exile? Nice. Even better with Lucky Charm!

It's clear this is insanely powerful - it's a flashy Riftwing Cloudskate. Powerful enough that this would be a blowout at uncommon, but mythic feels bad.
