This is the smallest dragon ever, where does it come from, Segovia?

I like it, nice simple design for a hybrid card. Really wish they could get Rakdos cards in these types of cycles right like they do for any combination of GRU.

some drakes are larger than this dragon. but he's got a useful ability.

Really hard to see how this can compete favorably for a spot from cackling drake. U/R devotion? When you absolutely need to loot? Really wish he was cheat templated - when this enters or attacks, discard, then discard. At least you could get value at hellbent. Still I guess it is just an uncommon and 4 cc 3/2 fliers get played with drawbacks in limited (this card's drawback is it is virtually unplayable in all but mono R/U or 2 color R/U)
