Bug: Report Posts in CCC?

I'm not certain what exactly the issue is, but I tried to report a Spam post by a (presumed) Ad-bot.

Using the "Report" button returns the Status Code 403.

There are more Ad-bots to report and no way to report.
If it helps, this may be the same bug as the one affecting articles; reported
her.

Went on a killing spree.
Reporting posts is working again for all comments.
My usual non-admin test account had a different permission set, so I thought I had it fixed before, apologies.
