(Beyond low) deck headers as links?

Hello, me again with a ditzy and easily ignorable request. How hard would it be to make the deck, or at least its header, clickable to direct a user to some URL? As is, I have a separate link above the change listing to the appropriate thread post, and the system is functional. This would just result in a minor visual improvement, and is very unimportant.
