If I Unearth something and it gets exiled, can I cast it with convoke if I have Hoarding Broodlord in play?

Not inherently, but if an outside effect allows you to, you can pay its cost with convoke. There's only one card that Hoarding Broodlord's effects permit you to cast from exile - the one exiled with its ETB ability.
