I was going to say that I'd consider a couple of the Bobbleheads for Osgir, but then reread them, and realized the activation costs aren't the same for each. 5 mana to draw 2 cards (assuming I've copied Intelligence Bobblehead) is much too expensive.

Wait, so we can have an ability that triggers whenever a creature evolves???

The wording on Sharp-Eyed Rookie is even more stupid now that I know that.

C.A.M.P. is interesting, it costs 6 mana to get going (albeit split between two turns), which is a lot, but then it's a draw engine that also buffs a creature.

The first extra card each turn costs you 0 mana, but then you can fortify a different, untapped land to get a new junk token for 3 mana each.

It's clunky, but between the ability to be a late game mana sink, and provide some reasonable buffs, It's probably worth a shot in Ebondeath, Dracolich.

Junk tokens and interactive spells aren't the best match though.

Struggle for Project Purity looks wild if you choose "Brotherhood" - which you propably should.
Yeah that card is pretty gnarly. Honestly wtf is the point of the other mode lol, why would anyone choose that? I guess if someone else has gone mega-wide and you're holding a fog?
same thought why on earth anyone not pick draw 4 cards ability (3 from the ability at least 1 from draw step)

and Radstag is just ridiculous there's a truckload of token producing cards that trigger it.

Maybe in 1v1 where you're on the receiving end of combat pressure... maybe. Rad only mills on opponent's turn so not even Captain N'ghathrod can steal things with it.

Oh god, we're in the era of art paranoia now. I wish I wasn't so bad at drawing hands...

Yeah, I got a little excited about the rad/mill stuff here for Captain, and although plan A is kill everyone out, mill that specifically dodges Cap's trigger isn't desirable.

Wow, Vault 12: The Necropolis is outstanding for Xavier Sal, Infested Captain. That thing checks all the boxes.

I also feel like we should be nabbing any good mutants...before the Marvel/X-Men stuff arrives next year.

The Master, Transcendent thats a decent theft theme commander

For a little leak info one of the commander decks of Outlaws of Thunder Junction is Sultai and its theme is Theft with Gonti at the helm

So depending on how the deck works the master could be a upgrade for that deck.

Ah ha. Not just station, but trading post|brc too. And urza's saga, voltaic key|usg, dang for not knowing anything about Fallout, I think I talked myself into the deck. Provided it's not some $60 gouge.

In case anyone missed it, Mariposa Military Base is a strictly-better Arch of Orazca. So Phelddagrif getting more UB cards. I guess I'm happy.

Yay.

It would be, except that you can reanimate from your own graveyard. So there's not much incentive to rely on other people.

Mmmm, good catch. It's a pretty minor upgrade, but it is technically better. The self-mill can also be relevant for some decks. That said, I think I'm going to take this as an opportunity to try to find a different alternative instead - Minas Tirith and War Room are both reasonable options. Hmmm...

Contaminated Drink makes me wonder how I value rad counters. Self-mill is good, life loss is bad. Is the former worth the latter? It's essentially free bonus cards in Kess, so it seems like an upgrade over Pull from Tomorrow, but that deck also puts a fair amount of pressure on its life total. Probably worth testing just based on rate alone. Not sure how I feel about it in Tasigur / Sharuum though - they do have graveyard synergies, but random mill isn't as immediately valuable.

Tato Farmer is a Ramunap Excavator that doesn't take a land drop. Less consistent though, unless you're aggressively milling yourself (or your opponents).

You'd need a steady supply of Rad counters though. You lose a counter (and 1 life) each time you mill a nonland card via Rad. A win for those who benefit from self-mill, but is it strictly better than Arch?

Enters the battlefield is apparent just "enters" now.

Arch is 5 to draw, and requires the city's blessing to activate. Mariposa is 5 to draw (or less, if you had rad counters), and doesn't have any prerequisites to activate. It also can enter tapped to give you 2 rad counters if you'd like them, which gives you a draw for 3 mana next turn, and 4 mana the turn after. It's better in literally every way.

Also, where are you seeing "enters" without "the battlefield"?
