All Will Be ONe is starting to look like one of those accidental combo pieces. Seems like every other card that has synergy with this turns into a combo.

Wouldn't you exile your entire library because it's not a may ability?

It's roughly comparable to
Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius +
Curiosity - your opponents will die if you have more cards in deck than their life total. Otherwise you can just target a creature with All Will Be One to stop the loop.

I find it safer to use
Pestilence/
Pyrohemia, since Ob triggers only once per regardless of how many opponents you hit. If your life is lower than an opponent, then uses AWBO as back up. There's also
Stuffy Doll/
Brash Taunter for added damage via Pest/Pyro.

Not really, exiling from an empty library doesn't make you lose the game like nivs draw.

Yeah, Tazri looks quite strong. I think
Samut, Voice of Dissent if you're doing tap abilities, but if you're doing abilities that cost mana she looks very solid. The 'no mana abilities' clause can easily be bypassed by stuff like
Arbor Elf that untaps lands.
As for other stuff...
- Filter Out is interesting. It's no Cyclonic Rift, but bouncing all noncreatures for three mana seems abusable.
- Plargg and Nassari looks a bit clunky but otherwise seems fun.
- Nissa, Resurgent Animist looks very strong. Lotus Cobra / Tireless Provisioner that can also tutor up key elves / elementals off any fetchland / ramp. Definitely seems abusable.
- Open the Way is some scaling ramp that also gets nonbasics. Not as powerful / efficient as some other options, but it does scale nicely.
- Tranquil Frillback is a little more expensive than Reclamation Sage, but offers a lot of flexibility.
- Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep looks like a fun commander for sea monster tribal, which currently doesn't really have a payoff.
- Nahiri's Resolve looks very potent for Boros blink decks. I've seen some pretty sweet Recruiter of the Guard / Imperial Recruiter toolboxes before that would love it.
- Narset, Enlightened Exile gives free spells, although in a more fair way than Narset, Enlightened Master. Seems solid.
- Sigarda, Font of Blessings is Privileged Position + Future Sight for humans / angels. Seems solid.
- Karn, Legacy Reforged is interesting - lots of mana, but limited in what you can spend it on. Artifact.dec is the obvious line, but also interesting with activated abilities.

Nahiri, Forged in Fury is probably going to make me shift my current
Nahiri, the Lithomancer to a RW deck with the new version leading it. I'm already running a "go-wide equipment" deck, and she does that well and lets me use some other fun options like
Embercleave.

RIP Kiora, once such a great source of reasonable, non-kill-on-sight grind planeswalkers, now a great source of uh tribal gimmicks

I'm wondering if
Filter Out is a good interactive spell in draw-go blue decks. My heavy blue deck runs a lot of artifacts, which mana rocks usually chain pretty effectively for a re-build, however I'm not sure if this card is good or not. Seems quite good against all-in decks like enchantress and artifact decks. But as a plain interactive spell, I can't quite put a value on it. My latest experience says bounce effects are highly underrated for the speed of today's commander, but that is usually creature-bounce. Probably really good for storm decks looking to chain mana-positive rocks while disrupting opponents at the same time.

Filter Out seems interesting - for one more than
Hurkyl's Recall you get to also recycle enchantments or randomly nail superfriends decks. I think you'd want to be a deck that was planning on breaking Recall for nonsense with mana rocks though; not a staple by any means.

I think it is, but specifically in a more control oriented pile would be my guess. It's not a rift, by any stretch. That said if you're not as committed to the board, for whatever reason, say you're creatureless control, or you're an artifact pile that can rebuild easy, or you can benefit from ETBs, I think it's a solid card.

I don't think you would ever want to run
Filter Out unless:
1) You are the creature beatdown, and you're looking to tempo out decks that are trying to stick
Rhystic Study. It's a really good card for bouncing all the pillow fart cards and so on.
2) You can combo with it by bouncing mana rocks (or other things that make tons of mana like
Treachery; also it's bananas in
Dream Halls enchantress storm)

Well, we got some new cards.
Eldrazi cascade
Enchantment reanimator
Sliver encore
Planeswalker Planeswalker Planeswalker, I heard you like planeswalker.
I'm a little on the fence about the abzan legend, it seems cool and all, but I almost wish it was more generic enchantments matter. I feel like making it such an effort to get your value by having to have an enchantment in your bin means most people will just try and combo rather than play fair magic at that point. Especially when you play the myriad of tutors to the bin those colors. I kind of wish it was just, play an enchantment, get value style of commander, as weird as that sounds. Still cool though.
EDIT: After looking at it some more, looks like it CAN grab enchantment creatures, so, that's a neat synergy that makes cards like
Buried Alive dynamite if you grab a bunch of enchantment creatures.
Oh and the ring tempts you is neat. I guess.

The legend rule not applying to Slivers isn't really a big deal (outside of
Sliver Legion there's no benefit to multiples of one), but giving all Slivers in your graveyard Encore seems like something to play around with.

Yeah, it's a bit niche. That said, it does work with Gravemother itself (which would otherwise make its encore ability not work very well), so it's a somewhat necessary line of text.
- Commodore Guff is eh. I'm not really a friend of superfriends.
- Anikthea, Hand of Erebos is awesome... not for EDH, but for my cube, which has a wbg enchantress theme and no 3-color card to act as a signpost. It otherwise looks quite strong.
- Zhulodok, Void Gorger raises lore questions (since there are no other named Eldrazi other than the titans), but looks like a lot of fun. I suspect the deck is a little one-dimensional (ramp → big stuff), but I will call out that it combos with Metalwork Colossus + a sac outlet.
- Call of the Ring is a cheaper Phyrexian Arena with upside. The Ring is significantly less impactful than monarch / initiative, but it's a nice perk for creature-focused decks. I could see myself wanting it in decks like Thada Adel, Acquisitor or Virtus the Veiled that have small commanders with saboteur abilities, but it will generally depend on the base card being playable without the Tempt.
- Sauron, the Necromancer looks reasonable - repeatable free reanimation. This also suggests multiple Saurons in the product.
Beyond that, I'll give the obligatory 'why are they previewing
two three new sets when we just had Aftermath previewed last week?' complaint. (I just saw the Dr. Who previews)

Technically,
Hanweir, the Writhing Township and
Brisela, Voice of Nightmares are named non-Titan Eldrazis, but they were exclusively Emrakul's brood and warped from existing places/legends (and Emrakul doesn't actually do assimilation, the warping is presumably a side-effect from being present on a plane before Ulamog and Kozilek did their jobs). Zhulodok, on the other hand is visually Ulamog's brood (and colorless mana is associated with Kozilek, but I don't think it's exclusive to Kozilek).
There's going to be a retcon of some sort, either they write Legendary Eldrazi backwards into the BFZ plot (since it doesn't affect the main plot), or they pull some sort of "Kamigawa Dragon" rebirth on the Eldrazi Titans and Zhulodok is basically Ulamog being reborn and now it claims Cascade, I guess?
I usually don't comment on cards as they're revealed, but since I'm already here for the tidbit of lore, I do have an Animar deck that loves Elrdazi and has a Cascade theme, guess who's a windmill slam for that deck. Stack with
Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty and now I can cast
Apex Devastator for 7 Cascades, which is probably 8 Animar triggers (and an overloaded board asking for wipes, but Animar already does that regardless, so nothing's new there).
