Ok, I guess we judge now.

Mergatroid_Jones - This is cute. I like that it has to tap to make clues. It feels like it would get a little out of hand in an artifact-heavy set and maybe be lonely in an artifact-light set, but I think hits the mark for a Time Spiral-style set. My only gripe is that investigate doesn't require the clues to tap, because that would make for more interesting tension with improvise, but that's baked into the mechanic, so I won't fault you on it.

Sojourner Dusk - Unearth in white feels a bit odd, but the rest of it meshes fairly smoothly. I'm assuming the enchantment creature part is a subtle nod to also supporting constellation, which is cool, but doesn't necessarily grant bonus points in the context of Time Spiral sets (since constellation would be a bit too thin).

Subject16 - I'm having difficulty with this. The combination of conspire and inspired definitely play off each other, and I like that you use them together. I'm just not a fan of the second ability. It's an odd fateseal riff that's quite time consuming and doesn't play into the conspire ability.

NinjaCaterpie - I like this guy. The two mechanics don't gel together insofar as you can't use them at the same time, but they still provide the same keyword overload/flexibility I was looking for, and would be a fun uncommon to have in such a set.

chetoos - This is fine, but I'm curious if it was designed as a common or an uncommon. I'm excited about it at the lower rarity, but not the higher one, and it's enough to get stuck on. Solid limited common.

ApocalypseChive - City's blessing and the monarch flavorfully make sense together, but they actually end up tracking fairly poorly together. I'd be concerned about the degree of onboard complexity it provides, and also feel like it should probably cost 2WW, since it starts out as Glorious Anthem plus an eot draw trigger, and scales up to +2/+2 on a permanent type that's harder to remove.

Algernone25 - Note your rarities! This is especially important for things designed as common/uncommon! Incidentally, this is very close to the initial idea that inspired this challenge (except it was dash + mentor). I like what's going on here, but would want to know what rarity you saw this falling at.
