Lithomancer gift — so I was pondering this card. Equipments are WR. Search equip is white, play from hand is red? I don't feel like this is super defined by card yet so I'm wondering, is there overlap? Could this be hybrid? I'm just wondering cuz I mess around with the types off effects a lot and I just wanna have a better understanding.

I like the heavy club. O-Naginata was fun for me.

Hm. Is prepare substantially different from "aftermath, but doesn't work with discard/mill"? By taking away the graveyard interactions from aftermath you remove one of the appealing things about a mechanic that already has its detractors.

This one got me thinking about how you could make having both out matter a lot more than scaling P/T.

"~ has menace as long as you control another creature with the same name."

Or a creature has an activated ability, but the activated ability costs less if you control its pair as well.

I originally created only the most simple designs with pair because it was meant for common commanders, but you are absolutely correct and bring up some neat ideas.

Wizardry as a mechanic seems easily broken if put on the wrong spells. That said, I like Flare Dancer.

Because lifelink works on spells I love the concept of adding them onto spell more proactively.
