I can never quite get my head around what off-colour dilute mana symbols add to a card. We only have Reaper King to go off and that's just a Sliver Queen-level generic legendbait which is costed that way as a gimmick and mostly has an Orzhov effect? So basically I tend to ignore them, giggle. I costed Vargus's Cannoneers like it cost six; it's well over rate if you get the precise mana for it, but that seems hard to me.
