Revert the game back X turns. Add Y +1/+1 counters to target creature you control. Exile Gravity Lens.
When Gravity Lens leaves the battlefield, target opponent takes an extra turn for each turn you reverted with this. (To revert a turn, each player returns to their hand all lands and spells they played, shuffles a card into their library for each card they drew or searched, then regain lost life.)
