Welcome to the DCC!
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to post in the DCC Discussion Thread.
How To Play
How does this card-making game work? It's simple! Whenever your card receives a vote, you receive [1] point for the month. If your card ends up with the most votes for that day, you will receive [2] additional points for the month. In the event of a tie, each person who tied receives [1] additional point. At the end of each month, the person with the most points on the scoreboard wins that month, then the scoreboard is cleared for the next month. You can participate in as many or as few days as you want in any month.
Rules
- Each day you may post any card you want. On the next day all of the posted cards will be put into the thread as long as your card didn't get disqualified - see the next point for more details. If you post more than one card in a DCC thread, only the first card you post will be taken.
- When you vote, you need to make exactly two votes for two different people. Vote for the cards that are listed in the first post, not other cards being posted in the thread. If you notice that you've only voted for one person, include your second vote in a post, even if you're not submitting a card.
- If you want to change your vote for any reason, post that change in the day's thread (you can include it with your card if you want). Changed votes in the discussion thread will be ignored.
- Voting for only one person, for three or more people, or for yourself will earn you an asterisk by your name in the monthly leaderboard. So will failing to vote if you've posted a card. (We're not going to do anything about people who don't vote or post cards; that would be kind of silly.) This indicates that you're on probation for the next 21 days. If you're on probation and you make another improper vote, your card will be disqualified. Repeated disqualification is grounds for warnings and/or infractions for not following the game rules, so please don't do it.
- Voting for everything in the poll will be grounds for a lifetime ban from the DCC. Don't do it. It just wastes the thread creators' time.
- If you wish to post a render, please use the hyperlink option when posting your card and make the card name the image link. Renders are usually large enough to clog up the list, so submit a text-formed card and (optionally) a link in the name to the render.
- This thread is just for your card submission. Take your questions/comments to our discussion thread. If it's a question, comment, or complaint about probation, PM void_nothing and/or the month's DCC organizer.
- When posting make sure that:
- You have included all of the previous day's entries.
- You update the leaderboard with the previous day's scores.
Notes of the Day
Alright, everybody, the last day of the month to submit cards to the DCC, and our top four spots are still within 4 points of each other. This is a tense month.
Also, folding_music got a +8, today, which is a pretty rare sight, as bravelion has pointed out before.

Ursan Warlord
Creature - Bear Barbarian (R)
Rage 2 (This creature enters the battle with two rage counters on it. You may remove a rage counter from it at any time. Whenever you do, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
Whenever Ursan Warlord attacks, put a rage counter on each other attacking creature.

Creature — Hydra Horror (M)
Trample, lifelink, haste
If and/or was spent to cast Fascinating Monstrosity, it enters the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it.
Planeswalkers ofter call the plane of Kolyfar "very colorful", but "colorful" doesn't necessarily mean "nice" or "beautiful".
4/4Yeah, I admit you might have inspired that with your challenges in the January MCC... You're right that it's absolutely unexplored space, but it's a space that's indeed very hard to explore. There must be a reason if they haven't done it yet, but that obviously doesn't prevent us from trying! If costs like Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second are printable, I felt like that was the logical next step, and it happens to make a 4-colored card more playable by letting you play it even if you're only playing the two center colors. I only had to figure out a way to incentivize you to actually use all the four colors to cast it, and that's the only reason for the +1/+1 counters. The keywords are also not random: trample is both R and G and so covers the part, lifelink is both W and B and so covers the part, and haste is primary R but secondary B and so it covers the part. Haste is also in G so it could also cover the technically, but I didn't think of anything that fit the BR part as I was designing the card. Yes, I just forgot about menace, I don't know how. Then I figured out the flavor, but that was the easy part. I just had to come up with a name for a new 4-colored custom faction plane to add to my (still technically ongoing, I'm reworking on it right now) multi-year plan, and Kolyfar is exactly that. Maybe you will see more of that in the future. It's just another weapon in my own custom flavor arsenal, and trust me, you all still have to see the majority of it... I might even have made a few hidden mentions here and there without you all even realizing it... Ok, I have. And several times by now.
Sorcery (U)
As an additional cost to cast Loot the Corpse, sacrifice a creature or planeswalker.
You draw X cards and you lose X life, where X is the sacrificed permanent's toughness if it was a creature or loyalty if it was a planeswalker.

Talpid Diplomat
Creature - Mole Advisor (R)
Inspired -- Whenever Talpid Diplomat becomes untapped and you have more than one opponent, you may pay . If you do, each player starting with the player on your left takes turns voting for a card in another player's graveyard until one of those cards receives a second vote. Return that card to its owner's hand.
If you've ever played battleships, you already know how moles decide where next to dig.

Soarer of Strange Skies
Creature - Lammasu R
Flying
When Soarer of Strange Skies enters the battlefield, look at the top five cards of each player's library. From among those cards, choose up to one artifact card, up to one enchantment card, up to one instant card, and up to one sorcery card. For each card you choose this way, if you own it, reveal it and put it into your hand. Otherwise exile it. Put the remaining cards on top of their owners' libraries in any order.
