This is actually intended for decks in the style of the preconstructed Reanimator decks, where the mana base is pretty much solely black, but it uses various methods to stick stuff in the grave to reanimate it. The same tools then give you a fast reanimator, confined in CMC by how much on-color-for-reanimation mana you spend, keeping it of more limited use in any three-color decks and non-Orzhov-colors two-color decks. Sure, it'll set off Aristocrats like mad, but that's not exactly unfitting, and that deck slot could be used for a cost-cheating reanimator instead. The combat restriction, on an Instant, isn't relevant very often, but it does keep one from reviving a Lord of some description without any risk of losing it, or some other combat-valuable from the background creature used as an ambush to swing the fight. Again, as an instant, this is really rarely important, it mostly behaves as a frill. You can always cast it after attackers and blockers are declared, after all.

The wording on this is to try and have it function properly when faced with draw-replacement effects, with the intent being a sticky, strong blocker that gives extra upside for blocking, more prominently for the usually-slower Sorcery and Artifact based strategies instead of the Instant-reliant control decks. And it broadcasts what's drawn, giving the opponent the knowledge needed to react.

This one is inspired by the fact they printed a deliberately-awful Mythic so they wouldn't risk, and this is intended to be a barely-playable Mythic. Needs a lot of creatures to come out soon enough that it's actually a threat, and even then, what it ultimately does is fetch two, maybe three, large Angels (the idea being two 7/7s is the cap) and partially Convokes them. And there aren't many Angels that can snap the game open.

Next:
Ration N (This permanent enters the battlefield with N +1/+1 counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a +1/+1 counter from it and put it on a creature you control with the lowest toughness or tied for lowest toughness)
Outlast.
Champion an Enchantment.
