My choice of color combination will surprise absolutely no one, I know...

Living Munition {R/W}
Creature — Goblin Soldier (U)
Flash
Kicker X (You may pay an additional X as you cast this spell.)
When Living Munition enters the battlefield, if it has been kicked, it deals X damage to target attacking or blocking creature.
"A goblin soldier is the perfect munition for a catapult. They love the thrill of the flight and the violent landing, and they just don't care about any possible health consequences, either to the target they're launched against, or to themselves."

Legend: Soul ReaperBeckon Apparition meets Soulflayer. But I think this card is usually a worse (and more complicated) version of Beckon Apparition, since flying is among the better keywords you could give it (deathtouch and indestructible being the only ones that are better) and sometimes you won't get any abilities at all. I don't think it would ever see play in limited (Beckon Apparition was already borderline) and it's not a fast enough clock even in some kind of Zetalpa, Primal Dawn combo deck.

Flatline: Infantry Corps - This is way too good in multiples. With the right curve (two of these and another 1-drop, or a three drop with haste), you can be attacking for 12+ first striking damage on turn three. Maybe if it were legendary and made a nonlegendary token copy?

Ryder: Inspiring Martyr – Funny, I always thought of this as a Simic ability but there's no reason it couldn't go in white as well. Not all that strong of a card, but still fun.

bravelion83: Living Munition – A fun idea, which couldn't be done before the recent rules change – no quibbles with the effect. My only critique is that I don't think all that flavor text would actually fit on a card, and besides, it sounds better abridged: Goblins are the perfect projectile: they love the thrill of the flight and they don't care about the consequences.

Henlock: Frontier Trainer – Huh. Definitely the most novel card among the submissions I've seen. Can mentor your 1/1 tokens into 2/2's, and is a pain for them to block until they kill your tokens. I wasn't inclined to like it when I first read it, but when I consider the gameplay I actually think it would be quite fun.

Gateways7: Thraben Guardsman – Funnily enough, this is fairly similar to a card I submitted to the DCC right after the Eldraine spoilers – see the spoiler-in-spoiler if you're curious. I like the callback to Victim of Night with the Eldrazi addition after the events of Eldritch Moon, even if the card design itself isn't terribly innovative.

Mentor should not be capitalized, keywords only are at the beginning of a new line, but that's just a small detail. The big one is the last ability. I don't think this is the right way to do it, at the very least "every" should be "each" and "other"is missing ("unless each other attacking token creature is also blocked"), but I'm not even sure that would be right. Honestly, I'm not even sure this effect can be done at all.

Ok, I just really like this. I only have a very minor thing: I think the article is needed each time ("...controls a Zombie, a Vampire, a Werewolf, or an Eldrazi..."). Really, I don't have anything else to say. I really like all the rest. Wonderful job!

P/T should not be bolded on a text card, but I definitely understand why you did it here. As a whole, this card doesn't excite me, there's nothing wrong with it, but it just feels fine to me. But that's just me. Two things: congratulations for "X is CARDNAME's level", it feels very original while also being very intuitive and easy to implement in the rules. Second, are we sure that you can say "prevent damage divided as you choose"? Does it work? *checks Gatherer* Apparently yes, you can do it, even if the most recent time that it's been done is in Future Sight. That might be why I didn't remember it. You just put those words in the wrong position. What I think you want is a wording like the Oracle text of Serra's Hymn:
Serra's Hymn wrote: Prevent the next X damage that would be dealt this turn to any number of targets, divided as you choose, where X is the number of verse counters on Serra's Hymn.
So you could say:
WW, T: Prevent the next X damage that would be dealt this turn to you and/or permanents you control, divided as you choose, where X is Ondu Apothecary's level.
Overall, a fine card that works and does what it says, but doesn't really excite me, with a little defect in its execution.

Nothing to say mechanically. I'm really not a fan of the flavor, especially the name. As I read it, my impression was that I was reading the name of an un-card. I've had to check online dictionaries to maybe understand the "pomp" in the name, and today I learned that in English it has two meanings, that in Italian are translated differently and probably that was my problem. I was thinking of the machine (that you most often spell "pump" in English, but I've found that you can also spell it "pomp", that's "pompa" in Italian) while you probably meant "splendour, magnificence, ostentation", that in Italian you'd translate with words like "sfarzo, magnificenza, ostentazione" or similar, but never as "pompa". "Pompa" in Italian is just the machine, or a vulgar word with a sexual meaning, that I obviously won't explain here. There is only one specific exception: the Italian saying "in pompa magna", that's actually a Latin sentence that kept its meaning in Italian: "with great ostentation". But the rest of the name and the flavor text aren't very clear to me. Is this one person that catches your attention because of her ostentation while she shouldn't? Yes, it absolutely feels Orzhov, but the Orzhov want to show off their richness. While shouldn't she? I would probably have done some piggybacking on the ability afterlife, that the mechanics mimic, for the flavor too. Or maybe you did and I missed it because yes, I know English very well, I'm the son of a British woman and I've heard speaking English since my childhood, but it's still my second language, so I don't know all the nuances? Overall, perfect mechanically, but I feel like I'm missing something in the intended flavor of the card, and it might actually just be my fault.

Another bold design that pushes boundaries. That's your trademark. Only that this time it actually works! :) I'm just joking. But what's true is that it does work as is, and flavorfully is a very good representation of the changelings' way to change shape, if I remember well Lorwyn lore they have like a range, and can only copy the shape of creatures only within a certain radius. And here you have to have the other creature enter the battlefield (aka get close enough) for the changeling to take their shape. That's perfect mechanical flavor. Let's say we just ignore the several Quality mistakes: the two missing apostrophes ("...Thief's power...", "...that creature's power...") and the missing full stop at the end of the reminder text, that by the way today would actually be "This effect lasts indefinitely".

bravelion83 (Living Munition): [looks at Boros symbol in avatar] [looks at cost] hmmmm...
But, yeah, I love this. That's a great execution and it's viable in both colors. Does seem cost-appropriate.
... I'm also considering that it's possible that this goblin was literally kicked into the enemy.

Ryder (Inspiring Martyr): Nice flavor. Probably good on power. Definitely helps White's aggro game; this is a possible pseudo-unblockable at the very least.

Flatline (Infantry Corps): This can be pretty explosive. If I have two out attacking with one other creature, I get four 4/1s with first strike out of it. I'm concerned what you're going for here belongs more in the 2-3 CMC range. I really do like what you're going for though and would want to see how you'd approach this card outside this competition's scope too.

Legend (Soul Reaper): This is pretty impressive in how viable it is: lots of these effects aren't a big deal on a 1/1 which makes it OK. Somehow it feels like this belongs more on than but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

slimytrout (Disciple of Humility): I'm concerned this does too much at CMC 1: played after combat it could be a board wipe (everything that participated in combat dies if it didn't already). I really love what you're doing here, but I want to see it at a higher cost, which means it was a great design but something to save for another time. The interaction with metamorph is clever; this alone is a 2/2 on a lot of boards in which it turns face up.

netn10 (Caller of the Meek): Cute design. I'm concerned the "top card revealed" thing is an enormous drawback since it reveals all your draws; recent cards have switched to a different template which also works here. I'm sure in the right deck this will absolutely shine and I'd love to see that. I would absolutely love to see Maro's face when he sees this: either this card absolutely breaks white's color pie or somehow doesn't and yet does so much for its card advantage. Possibly broken; we'll have to see.

spacemonaut - This is a cool take on a Revival on legs, and I think it's pretty fair in terms of power level. I like that it specifies a creature that died this turn, as it makes the ability more reactive and forces you to have "shields-down" moments.
barbecube - This is a cool common, and an anthem ETB is something that's cool, if not a little efficient for go-wide token decks. Solid!
Subject16 - This seems fair, although I think it's a little pushed, but I think it's a cool piece for a more aggresive enchantment deck like a Voltron build.
Icarii - I wish that this could become a full copy of the creature for more interesting gameplay, but it's fine for what it is, and I like the possibility to play with flash creatures as even more of a combat blowout.
Ink-Treader - This is very powerful, and should probably only trigger once on ETB or death, as you still have the potential to create a 2/2's worth of stats with partial flying on turn 1 or 2 with that limitation. The idea is really interesting, though.
RaikouRider - I think it's cool that we finally have a card that gives incentive to level something up past when you reach the final ability, but the ability feels very reactive and seems like it would lead to stally gameplay. There's a reason WoTC doesn't print much targetted prevention anymore.

Gateways7: Simple. It:s a block-centered card, so in wider formats the ability would be a lot less relevant, and once on, vigilance in a 1 toughness creature is not an exciting upgrade.

RaikouRaider: I like that you make level counters matter in an effect. The card looks fine, It looks a bit annoying to play against but it takes rnough time to reach its peak One thing I do feel off is that this is not something that would find room in a white weenie.

InkTreader: This looks tailormade for Aristocrats. White weenie will have a hard time getting the most of this. This looks quite powerful but in other kind of deck. A minor thing is that spirit tokens tend to be just white.

Icari: In the context of white weenie, the ability allows the guy to become better as it gets outclassed Note that, like Eldrazi mimic, it doesn't read base power and toughness, so it will take into account any counters or effects the creature enters the battlefield with. I'm not sure if you meant it to work that way.

Subject16: Great first turn drop. simple and solid.

barbecube: I think this can play nice, it can be very powerful if played right, I wouldn't mind playing it with only two attackers.. As a first turn drop, it's quite underwhelming but it has at least the flexibility of allowing you to choose the best land to play, while still having something relevant to do when the game stretches for a bit.

Ryder - This is a pretty interesting take on an old idea. In weenie white, it would be hard to make this go off without some help from your opponent though.

bravelion83 - The fact that you'd never want to actually cast this card for {r/w} goes a against the spirit of the challenge a bit, but I could definitely see this getting played as a two or three of in weenie white.

Henlock - This is fun and original. The second ability seems a bit weird on a white creature though. I recently made a card with a similarish vibe to this, but it was blue. This card might need to be blue too.

Gateways7 - A Savannah Lion with upside if your opponent does something isn't very exciting, but I could see it being printed and played in the right environment.

RaikouRider - I like the idea of leveling up beyond the final level mattering, but the rest of this card feels a lot like Hedron-Field Purists to me.

Ink-Treader - The potential for three P/T for 1 CMC is pretty strong. Still, it takes some doing to get that, so it seems pretty well balanced. It would be OP if it could also target creatures in your opponents' graveyard as well. This seems like an decent card for a weenie white deck that's constantly attacking and filling up its graveyard with dead creatures. It would be even better in Aristocrats though.
