This was harder than I thought it would be as Orcs don't really have a tribal identity and thanks to D&D sets, not much of a color identity either. But when I think of Orcs I think of hordes of scary, battleloving warriors. As such, I thought a psuedo-banding equipment that rewards you for equipping it on a Orc would be neat. Flavor is that of an Orc Warleader leading their troops into battle by being in the front of the charge. A real Teddy Roosevelt type.
