Whenever Entropy attacks, remove a counter from any number of target permanents with a counter on them.
When Entropy dies. remove all counters from all permanents, then shuffle it into your library.

Creatures entering the battlefield from exile enters with infest counter. They are Black Zombies as long as they have infest counters on them.
