Baunet, Ingenious Blacksmith 3RW
Legendary Creature — Dwarf Artificer (M)
Artifacts you control, artifact spells you control, and artifact cards you own not on the battlefield have lifelink and "Whenever this permanent, spell, or card is put into a graveyard from anywhere, you may pay 1. When you do, this card deals 1 damage to any target."
"Every piece of scrap can be useful with a little bit of inventiveness. And some aether, of course."

Keera, Gearcraft General WUB
Legendary Artifact Creature - Soldier (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 colorless Servo artifact creature token, then secretly choose one from among first strike, deathtouch, hexproof, lifelink, or prowess.
1, Reveal the last chosen ability: Artifact creatures you control gain that ability until end of turn. Activate only during your turn and only once each turn.

Morbid Juryrigger
Creature — Human Artificer {R}
Whenever a player sacrifices a creature, Morbid Juryrigger gets +1/+0 until end of turn.
Whenever a player sacrifices a creature, up to one target Vehicle you control gains all abilities of the sacrificed creature until end of turn.
As long as you control a Vehicle, Morbid Juryrigger and Vehicles you control have "Ward—Sacrifice a creature."
Parts are parts. I'm not fussy.

Sketcher of Innovations
Artifact Creature - Vedalken Artificer (u)
Artifact cards in your hand have "Cycling - Sacrifice an artifact."
It is well-known among aspiring artificers that the loaf-slicing machine was the base point for the development of some of the deadliest instruments of torture and warfare.

Design
(2.5/3) Appeal - Txmmy and Jxnny both of course want to grant artifacts lifelink but this is a touch too expensive for Spike to get serious use out of it, although Spike likes the effect itself and the ability to pop Treasures for a lifelink ping, for example.
(2.5/3) Elegance - A very comprehensible effect that requires you to make a wordy list to get out "all artifact objects of any kind".

Development
(3/3) Viability - Definitely RW. Could see arguing for rare over mythic but this could go either way, being legendary.
(2.5/3) Balance - Sure - rather conservatively costed (likely too much so - five mana for a 2/3 is a hard sell) and gating the ping behind an optional 1 cost is probably safer than allowing this to go wild when combined with self-mill.

Creativity
(1.5/3) Uniqueness - Lifelink to artifacts is interesting, as is the specific triggered ability and the sheer scope of the ability grant, but lifelink and pinging is somewhat played out for RW at this point; we've seen our share of Lightning Helix homages.
(2.5/3) Flavor - Altogether very nice and professional, but kind of generic. Is this a Kaladesh character? He feels like - really just any Kaladeshi dwarf.

Polish
(3/3) Quality - Good.
(2/2) Main Challenge (*) - Done.
(2/2) Subchallenges - And done.

Design
(3/3) Appeal - All-rounder. Txmmy wants to keyword up their artifact army, Jxnny likes the sick mind games, and Spike sees a Swiss army knife.
(2.5/3) Elegance - Secret choices and that long list add a bit of complication, but not too much.

Development
(3/3) Viability - Color and rarity fit.
(2.5/3) Balance - Potentially a bit pushed at its mana cost; those tokens can really pile up.

Creativity
(2.5/3) Uniqueness - Turning keyword granting into a minigame of bluffing/chicken is a brilliant twist, and this is overall a new kind of lord.
(2/3) Flavor - Name works, but is rather generic, and there was probably no room for flavor text here. A more evocative name would have done wonders.

Polish
(3/3) Quality - Looking good.
(2/2) Main Challenge (*) - Done.
(2/2) Subchallenges - And done.

Design
(2/3) Appeal - A serious Txmmy/Jxnny card that is WAY too situational for Spike.
(1.5/3) Elegance - I have to fault you here, because granting abilities in this way can get real odd real fast.

Development
(2.5/3) Viability - Sure, I can see it fitting in these colors. White comes through the least - it would have been better for this card in multiple counts if it were legendary, I think - but it's rare for sure.
(3/3) Balance - This is so niche and requires so much setup that whatever OP things you can do with it are, from my view, just fine.

Creativity
(3/3) Uniqueness - A lot of new stuff going on here!
(3/3) Flavor - Gotta give him this - he's resourceful.

Polish
(2.5/3) Quality - Flavor text should have quotation marks.
(2/2) Main Challenge (*) - Done.
(2/2) Subchallenges - And done.

Design
(2/3) Appeal - A definite Jxnny/Spike card that Txmmy just has no interest in.
(3/3) Elegance - Sure! Granting abilities to cards in hidden zones gets fuzzy, but similar things have been done before.

Development
(2.5/3) Viability - Definitely blue. I have to question the rarity - this REALLY feels like a rare.
(2.5/3) Balance - Sacrificing an artifact and discarding an artifact card is a fairly steep cost to draw a card, so much so that I don't know if this card would ever be used fairly per se, even though it's not offensive on the face of it: this would only be part of an overly efficient engine or an outright insta-win combo.

Creativity
(1/3) Uniqueness - Tectonic Reformation is a thing - as is Compulsion, et cetera - but the exact execution here is new.
(3/3) Flavor - Love it! The best thing since sliced bread, indeed.

Polish
(3/3) Quality - Good.
(2/2) Main Challenge (*) - Done,
(1/2) Subchallenges - Grants only one ability.

Total: 20/25
