Could we hide threads someone doesn't have access to from recent threads

Specifically, the commander primer discussion that's limited to just the people on the primer committee is really often one of the threads in trending topics and/or most recent posts, and that's probably not optimal.

It's specific to places you can post, but not see other people's threads. I have a workaround to fix it, but I forgot to apply it to the Primer Committee's subforum.

Found a corner case scenario where I stumbled upon a thread that's off limits to me. I clicked on the Primer tag and got pointed to some internal test thread.

Currently on the main forum page, there is an Urza primer listed as the most recent Commander thread but it isn't accessible.
