Flair error: "Commander Advisory Group" misnamed

One of the site's flairs is named and described as such:

Commander Rules Advisory Group
Recognizing members of the Commander Rules Advisory Group for their contributions to the Commander format.

This name is incorrect: the group is known as the Commander Advisory Group. The word "Rules" should not be included in the title. See e.g. Sheldon's introductory announcement and the July 2019 B&R announcement (last paragraph).

Note that the description needs to be updated as well.

The flair icon correctly uses the abbreviation of "CAG" already and does not need to be changed.
