When Epic Decree enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, choose one that hasn't been chosen:
- Scry 7.
- You gain 7 life.
- Draw seven cards.
- Each player loses 7 life.
- Create seven Food tokens or Treasure tokens.
- Epic Decree deals 7 damage to target creature or planeswalker.
- Put seven +1/+1 counters or loyalty counters on target permanent.

Fate
Legendary Creature - Avatar (MR)
When Fate enters the battlefield under your control, if it wasn't cast from your hand, exile it.
Whenever a player would draw a card, they draw seven cards instead.
Whenever a player would gain life, they gain 7 life instead.
Whenever a player would lose life, that player loses 7 life instead.
Whenever a player would create a token, that player creates seven tokens instead.
Whenever a player would flip a coin, that player flips seven coins instead.
Whenever a counter would be put on a permanent, put seven times that many counters on it instead.
Whenever you cast a spell, copy that spell six additional times.

When Vicegerent of the Seventh Tree dies, you may exile it. If you do, search your library for up to seven Forest cards and put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
